About the Scheme
The 3-Month Pre-Incubation Program at PDEU Innovation and Incubation Center (PDEU IIC) is a structured initiative aimed at nurturing early-stage startups and aspiring entrepreneurs. It serves as a foundational phase where participants can validate their ideas, develop essential business skills, and prepare themselves for formal incubation. The program focuses on ideation, validation, business modeling, marketing, financial planning, legal aspects, and investor readiness through workshops, mentorship, and hands-on activities.
Guidelines

The program spans over 3 months (12 weeks) from 15 May 2025 to 15 August 2025.

Each week includes expert sessions, hands-on workshops, and focused activities.

Startups are expected to actively participate in all sessions, submit required assignments, and engage with mentors.

Access to resources like co-working spaces, internet, prototyping labs may be provided based on availability.

Participants will receive continuous feedback, mentorship, and networking opportunities throughout the program.

The final week will include pitch presentations and a graduation ceremony.
Eligibility Criteria

Aspiring entrepreneurs with a preliminary business idea or early-stage startup.

Brief
The Pre-Incubation Program is a capacity-building initiative that equips aspiring entrepreneurs with the tools and support they need to transform raw ideas into structured business plans. Through expert-led sessions, practical assignments, and mentor guidance, participants will explore entrepreneurial concepts, validate their ideas, and build a sustainable foundation for their ventures. The program culminates in a final pitch session, preparing startups for the next phase of incubation and investment readiness.
Funding
While this is a pre-incubation (non-funded) program, PDEU IIC may facilitate access to future funding opportunities through grants, angel investors, and venture capital. Participants will receive training on pitch preparation and financial planning, increasing their chances of securing investment post-program.
