The Student Development Programme, hosted by PDEU IIC, provided an immersive five-day learning experience for over 50 students, focusing on CNC machining, 3D printing, and drone technology. Expert trainers from Stembotix conducted hands-on workshops, blending theoretical foundations with practical applications. Students worked in small groups, completing daily challenges to reinforce learning, while IIC directors conducted motivational sessions to inspire curiosity, confidence, and commitment. The programme concluded with group presentations and a certificate ceremony, recognizing achievements.
