SPE EVENT

The Energy Tank event, a collaboration between SPE Week and PDEU IIC, gave students a chance to present their innovative solutions to industry problems. Like the "Shark Tank" show, students pitched their ideas to judges and asked for "credits" to fund them. A key part of the event was that students had to ask for an amount close to what the judges thought their idea was worth, which tested their negotiation skills.

The event encouraged students to be creative and solve problems. It helped them think critically and learn practical skills. Students also got to show how their university supports entrepreneurship and innovation. They could get advice from experienced entrepreneurs, learn about startups, and network with other students and professionals. This helped them expand their network and learn about career opportunities. Overall, the Energy Tank event was a valuable learning and networking experience for students interested in the energy sector.
