National Startup Day 2025

National Startup Day 2025 was organized to celebrate and promote the spirit of entrepreneurship, innovation, and collaboration. The celebration at PDEU IIC specifically aimed to cultivate an active entrepreneurial ecosystem by providing a platform for learning, networking, and inspiration.

About the event
Educational Visit: Students from the School of Liberal Studies (SLS) visited the IIC to learn about its operations and the significance of National Startup Day.
Corporate Innovation Session: MBA students from the School of Management (SOM) participated in an interactive session led by Mr. Jatin Kataria on integrating innovative practices into corporate strategies.
Startup Founder Round Table: Chaired by Mr. Abhinav Kapadia, Director of PDEU IIC, this session featured 10 startup founders—including those from AHAsolar Technologies, Imagine Powertree, LGEOM, and Torchlt—who shared their entrepreneurial journeys, challenges, and successes.
STEM Workshops: In collaboration with STEMbotix, training workshops were conducted at three schools. These sessions introduced 200–250 students per school to advanced technologies, including AI, robotics, IoT, AR/VR, and programming languages.
The event successfully engaged students, founders, and professionals, reinforcing the role of academic institutions and incubators in driving the Indian startup landscape.
